Who we are

NekoSense is a product of J&W Neko Ventures LLC. When we say "we," "us," or "NekoSense," that's who we mean. This policy explains what data we collect through the NekoSense website (nekosense.ai), how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you sign up for our early access list, we collect the information you provide in the form — typically your email address and, optionally, your name. That's it. We don't collect payment information, device fingerprints, or anything beyond what you type into the form.
當你登記搶先體驗名單時，我們會蒐集你在表單中填寫的資訊——通常是電子郵件地址，以及你選擇性提供的姓名。僅此而已。我們不會蒐集付款資訊、裝置指紋，或任何超出你主動填寫的內容。
How we use your data

We use your email address to send you updates about NekoSense — development progress, early access invitations, and the occasional note from the founder. We won't send you unrelated marketing, and we won't sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use the following services to operate our email list. Each processes your data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

Cookies & tracking

The NekoSense website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Our newsletter emails may use a small tracking pixel (via MailerLite) to measure open rates so we can understand whether our emails are useful. You can disable image loading in your email client to opt out of this.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every message. If you'd like us to delete all data we hold about you, email us and we'll take care of it promptly.

Data retention

We keep your subscriber data for as long as you remain on our mailing list. If you unsubscribe, we remove your data from our active lists. We may retain your email address in a suppression list solely to ensure we don't accidentally contact you again.

Children's privacy

NekoSense is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, if appropriate, let you know by email. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without giving you notice.
